1. Make a request
Use this form to exercise your privacy rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, US state privacy laws (such as the CCPA/CPRA), PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25, the LGPD or other laws that apply to you.
2. What happens next
- Verification: for account deletion and data copies, we send a confirmation link to your email address. Your request starts once you click it. This protects your account from requests made by someone else.
- Timing: we respond within one month (EU/UK/Canada) or 45 days (US states). If we need more time, we will tell you why.
- Data copy: you receive a downloadable file with the personal information linked to your email address.
- No charge: requests are free, and using your rights will not affect how we treat you.
- Appeals: if we refuse a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
3. Deleting your account
When we delete your account, we remove or anonymise your profile, course progress, quiz and assignment answers, level test answers and support messages. Your access to purchased courses ends. We keep limited order and invoice records only as long as tax and accounting laws require, and then delete them.
Deleting your account cannot be undone. If you only want to stop emails, choose “Opt out of marketing” instead, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
